Document delivery in the small marine information center

"Document delivery" is the terminology commonly used to describe the procurement of publications which are needed to fill the information requests of an information centers users. This paper discusses traditional and modern techniques of document ordering, focusing on the acquisition of technical reports, obscure journal articles, patents, government documents, and foreign publications.
