Sept. 20, 2001 FAU Fighting Owls Head Coach Howard Schnellenberger has announced that his team and the University have come up with a way to do their part to help the victims of the tragedies in New York and Washington. For every ticket sold at the gate on Saturday, Sept. 22, when FAU plays Marist College, $3 will be donated to the September 11 Fund of the United Way. "This is a way for us to help our fellow Americans at this tragic and difficult time," said FAU President Anthony James Catanese.
