Some aspects of the growth and yield of Garcilaria tikvahiae in culture

A series of outdoor, continuous-flow seawater cultures were used to investigate the effects of culture density, nutrient loading (total nitrogen input/day) with both NH4 +-N and N03 --N, and turnover rate (flow rate/culture volume) on the growth and yield of Graglaria tikvahiae.
