A clear paradigm is being promulgated by a new wave of green militants. Rejecting the false separation between the human and the natural, and the concomitant prioritization of the former, biocentrism interjects itself into the prevailing socioeconomic discourse. Ariel Sheen was graduated from F.A.U. in the Spring of 2005 with a B.A. in English. He is a teacher of 12th grade English and Debate at South Broward High School in Hollywood, Florida. His areas of research include American labor history and radical literature, philosophy and history.
