Note
The purpose of this study was to characterize the ability
of M. lyngbyaceus to remove nutrients from ambient and
enriched waters, and also to follow the release of nutrients
under dark conditions in an attempt to understand the
impact of nutrient loading on this alga in the Indian River area.
