This was a perofrmance by the Jazz Rats Big Band and the Parson Brown Singers as part of the Spring Music Festival 2008. The program does not reflect the order in which the pieces were performed.The following pieces, listed in the program, were not performed: "Gentle Rain", "Johnny One Note", "Unforgettable", "When you Wish Upon a Star", "Goodnight My Love", "If I Were a Bell", "Dream", "Where or When", "There Will Never Be Another You" and "How Do You Keep the Music Playing. The following pieces were performed but not listed in the program: "Just In Time", "Emily" and "Softly as in a Morning Sunrise".

Description
This was a performance by the Jazz Rats Big Band. The pieces "The Duke" and "Nutty" were performed as one continuous piece. The pieces "Pinocchio" and "Maids" were performed as one continuous piece. This concert is dedicated to the memory of Gerry Chamberlain, Jazz Rat and trombonist extraordinaire.

Description
The Ratz! is made up of five members of the Jazz Rats Big Band,
an ensemble-in-residence at FAU. The Jazz Rats Big Band was
formed in 1995 by faculty members Jamie Roth and Tim Walters
in order to have a professional group read their compositions and
arrangements. It has been an ensemble-in-residence at the University
since its inception. Concerts were given in the spring of 1996 and
1997, and during the summer of 1997, the group started to perform
regularly in South Florida jazz clubs.
