Ruth Tappen, RN, EdD, Christine E. Lynn Eminent Scholar in Nursing. Founder of the Louis and Anne Green Memory and Wellness Center that focuses on Alzheimer's and other memory disorders and provides help to their families and caregivers. She also won federal funding to create the geriatric nurse PR actioner master's degree program. She served as FAU's first vice president for research for two years.
